Engineering

Put simply, engineering is basically about turning ideas into reality. It involves the process of designing, building, and improving the things that we use in our everyday lives, including the roads we travel on to the devices we use every day. They help solve problems- for example, creating safer bridges, designing energy-efficient systems, or inventing new technologies.  This field of STEM is always focused on finding practical solutions to real-world challenges. Engineers don’t just fix problems. They create new possibilities for a better future and make everything from transportation to clean energy smarter and more sustainable. They may use technology, science or mathematics, the other STEM fields to create the most efficient product or service possible!

Civil Engineers

Civil engineers who design and construct roads, bridges, buildings, and even the water systems used to make the world work. They ensure everything is safe and works efficiently: from the bridges one drives over to the sidewalk upon which one walks-all made possible by a working civil engineer looking to make things function smoothly and last for years.
